About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through both digital and offline channels. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement across digital (social, search, email, paid ads) and offline channels (events, partnerships, PR).
Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Oversee website, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics to maximize performance and ROI.
Coordinate with sales and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners.
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs to leadership.
Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4–6+ years of experience in marketing management or similar role.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend across multiple channels.
